Bluetooth on Vaio not connecting

Hello,
Please can anyone help.. Trying to connect a bose via Bluetooth. It is built in on VPCSE1L1 Vaio laptop but not working properly. I don't have Vaio Care anymore or Smart Network installed. I have driver and NO yellow exclamation marks, but I maybe don't have some files..eg bttray. Going crazy here
