The Sims 3 Keeps Crashing

Hello~ The Sims 3 keeps crashing every time I try to move in a household. I run the game on my pc through origin and use windows 10 and a 64-bit processor if that helps. Are there any suggestions to solve this issue so I can actually play the game? Thanks~
