No display on monitor

Hey,
I had recently shifted to a new apartment. I came across this issue, where i switch on my PC and the CPU is running but my LG monitor only shows "power d-sub". I have tried switching it off and starting it again,but no success.

Often moving a computer will shift components and break electrical connections. I suggest you check all cables, remove and reinstall memory cards.

Thank you very much xpcman. I did open my case cleaned some things from inside and switched it on again, it works fine now.
