Need a cell to show the Thursday before a specified date

Hello,
I have a spread sheet that specifies when a product must be made by. I now need this to show the Thursday before a specified date.

So I need the product made the Thursday before its due out for example;

Job is due out on 26/04/2016 so I need to automatically generate the Thursday before that date ie 21/04/2016.

I previously had this showing the workday before the specified date with =WORKDAY(C11,-1) but cant work out how to amend this to show a specified day before a date.

Hope that makes sense, any help would be great !
