Certain website timeout only for me

Hello,

currently certain website - https://travis-ci.org/ is down for me, resulting in timeout every time I try to access it. What I've tried so far:

- restart browser - didn't help
- restart PC - didn't help
- delete temporary files, browser cache, DNS cache - didn't help
- different browesers - same problem
- https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ - it's down just for me
- ping travis-ci.org - timeout as well

The really odd thing is that it works fine on my mobile phone which is connected to internet via the same network so I know that my IP address is not banned.

Any suggestions what else I should try?
