Dear users,
I am supposed to track the progress of units. For example, there are 200 units and they are supposed to give us document A at a certain date., let say 1/5/2016. Once it pass 1/5/16, the cell will turn orange. 2 weeks later ( if we don’t receive it), it will turn red ( meaning urgent).
What I did was to use =now() to track the dates and conditional formatting
I formatted that >1/5/2016 it turns orange and >14/5/2016 it turns red
The problem now is to conditional format the cells to turn green once I receive the document.
At another spreadsheet, I will indicate the received date, 16/5/2016 (which means ive collected the document on that date), how do I reflect it on this cell to make it turn green. I have problem doing this cos ive already used the =now() inside the cell.
Please kindly assist! Please let me know if you have a better way of doing it :) Appreciate your kind assistance!
