How to build a auto updating Training Tracker. [Closed]

Hello,

I am trying to make a primary spreadsheet for a personnel training tracker, I have over 50 people and 30+ different training items. with fluctuating personnel and training topics

name1 % % %
name2 % % %
name3 % % %

I am trying to figure out how to set up the master worksheet to locate specific training and cross reference it to the name and then populate on the master work sheet. The big issue is the training lectures are in a different order on my data source than what I need for my final worksheet report.

name3 % % %

Or I need a way to custom sort my Columns automatically to the required layout. then I can set up column reference for updating to the Master worksheet.
