Post apple update- Gmail Emails deleted [Closed]

Hello,

I wasnt aware that post apple update gmail emails will be sent to deleted folder, so without knowing this, as a ususal procedure liek I always do, I did ' empty bin' option.

I tried the gmail recovery steps but still cant recover my emails..prior to Mid march 2016.

Can anyone help me on this please?
