Counter Strike 1.6 on Windows 10

Hello,
i have a Samsung windows tablet with Windows 10 in it
I installed Couter Strike 1.6 but it doesn't work
it starts for a second , i can hear the theme for a sec then it closes
Plzzzz helppp
