How to Format Disk Write Protected USB? Help!!

Hello,

I have tried other tutorials here in this domain, but it really not working, I have tried the Regedit thing where you create Write Protect, and I tried also the CMD thing, the List Disk one. but I really got errors.

My Problem is that, the USB when I insert it in the PC, it prompts me that I need to format the USB, but when I format it it prompts me that "Disk is write protected".

Please help, thanks!!
