Headphones doesnt work

Hello everyone

I need help because my laptop does have audio and works properly with the built in stereo but when I plugged my headphones, my headphones doesnt work and even if I right click on the playback devices, there's no headphones, just speakers. I updated all my audio drivers. help me please asap
