Insert all the photos I have in a "certain" folder. to excel

I wonder if anyone can help to create a macros.

What I want is to insert all the photos I have in a "certain" folder. to excel.

And on the right side of the photo, it will also insert the file name of the photo.

It's better if the photo can be shrink to a certain size, so all the photos are in the same size
