If then formula for dates and days of the week

i need an excel formula that will calculate days according to rules, so I have a list of dates and in the column next to it I need it to add 13 days to Saturdays and 12 to sundays, 11 to Mondays, etc.

04/11/2016 would return 04/22/2016 in the second column because it added 11 days since it's a monday
04/12/2016 would return 04/25/2016 in the second column because it added 13 days since it's a tuesday
