Autopopulating across tables

Hello,

Hoping for some help with the following Excel conditional query.

Hoping to automate so that Table 1 can autopopulate Table 2 with the results listed here in Table 2

Table 1:
Schedule Monday Tuesday
Shift 1 Smith Johnson
Shift 2 Johnson Rogers
Shift 3 Adams Smith

Table 2:

Worker Monday Tuesday
Rogers OFF Shift 2
Smith Shift 1 Shift 3
Johnson Shift 2 Shift 1
