Iw3sp.exe has stopped working

Hello,
I've tried enabling the stereo mix...... Connecting the headphones....updating all the drivers...... Reinstalling the game.. connecting both the mic and headphones at the same time......renaming.... Msmp3.asi to bak but still it does not work please please please help......any other suggestions?
