So I had my personalization settings all set and the windows were black (I hate white space) and everything was the colour I wanted. Then I downloaded Ventrilo for some gaming stuff. I thought I couldn't see something on the screen so I go to change to regular white space default theme (but of course I find out I didn't need to).
So I go to change back to my usual high contrast settings, and boom, won't let me anymore. When I go to click on it, it looks like it's reverting back. But all my windows backgrounds remain white, the taskbar remains translucent. Now the Personalization window drags when I move it (like it's lagging or something, creates repeats of itself). Nothing but default works now. Even when I put it on default and restart, then try to change it. Still nothing. What did I do wrong? Why can't I change it back anymore?
Can't Change to High Contrast in Personalization Anymore
