Dell M4600 Series Black Screen after Dell logo [Closed]

I have a Dell Precision M4600 that won't go passed the Dell logo on startup.
I was doing a factory reset overnight and it didn't get passed 2% so I powered it off.
Now when I power on it sends me to the Dell logo and loads and then afterwards I get a black screen and after 10s or so it goes back to the Dell logo and repeats itself.
Spamming F8 during startup doesn't work for some reason and I passed the espa test throufh the F12 key with flying colors
Somebody know the issue? Thanks in advance.
