How to upgrade to Win 10 from network location

1. Using the Windows 10 media creation tool, download your version of Windows 10 based on the current system of your OS (32 or 64 bit)

Ensure you download the ISO.

2. Download and install Daemon Tools Lite and mount the ISO to the virtual drive.

3. Create a share on the network device (eg. \\SERVER\Win10)

4. Copy all content from ISO to this share

5. On target PC run CMD as administrator and use this command
\\SERVER\win10\setup.exe /auto upgrade /migratedrivers all /showoobe none /dynamicupdate disable


This will upgrade to Win 10 without your input.


If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0
