Toshiba Satellite C855-S5214

Hello,
My Toshiba crashed and now it won't boot, everything loops back to startup repair menu and I can't figure it out I've tried everything and nothing works, I've held down the zero key while powering on and when it starting beeping let go and all it does is freezes on the Toshiba leading innovation screen, I don't have access to a recovery disk and I've grown desperate, can anyone help me
