Excel Macro Copy if Criteria is met in a column

I have two sheets and the plan is after the "TotalScores" sheet is filled out, the second sheet "NOPA" will be filled with a macro.

For "TotalScores" I have data in columns A-Q starting from row 5. What I'm looking to do is for every row that has the word "Awarded" in column L for "TotalScores" sheet, data in that row from columns D,C,M,K, and N get transferred to "NOPA" sheet.
From TotalScores to NOPA
D -> B
C -> C
M -> D
K-> G
N-> F

column E in NOPA will be left blank.
