I really hope someone can help me out with this.
I would like to know how can I get excel to automatically fill the data (I specified with colors where I need it to go) found in the picture.
That's just one example for 1 day. Each day has 2 shifts, night and day, and each shift may have several routes (up to 7 different routes). There are also several materials, nos just "Desmonte" appearing there. There are also multiple dates, not just May 2nd and 3rd. May, June and July also appear.
The easiest solution I can think of is to arrange the values already appearing on the pivot table but as if they were rows, it would REALLY help... but I'm guessing it can't be done. That way I could just copy paste pretty much in the tables to the right.
I'm guessing it's a mix of IF, AND, and OR functions, however I can't seem to find the answer.
