Hello,

I downloaded Roxio Easy Media Creator Free on windows 10, and discovered that I have a 31 day trial period, after which I must pay. I thought it was a free download.
Please advise.

Hi

The download is free alright, you have not paid for it; however the license is a trial and shareware. There is a distinction between download and the license. Most of the time they will advertise free download to attract people.

Do you know how much the Roxio 9 will be? I had a Roxio media creator on my old PC which WAS free.

I suggest that you go directly to the Roxio store and find what you want. There are now different versions and possibilities.
