Merge Rows and Seperate Data with Semicolon

I am hoping to merge rows in an Excel document based on shared Names (listed in a single column) and then consolidating the remaining data from the merged rows to be separated by semicolons.

For example, if column B contains names, I would like this to be merged so each name is attached to only one row. Columns C-K might have different data for this same Entity, so I would like these rows to display each record in the merged row, but now separated with a semicolon.

I am entirely new to Macros and hope that this might be possible. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
