No internet access

Good Morning to all

We have a Windows 7 PC connected to a PLC

At the bottom of the PC, it indicates" No Internet access" with Yellow color symbol

When we check, status of LAN, we find packets being sent and received

We tried to disable and enable but to no avail

On the Lan port of laptop, we find Green and Orange LEDs to be ON

Pl advice check points
