Try to go to facebook, get a page of special characters instead

Hello,

So I tried to go on my Facebook today. Phone's working fine, but on Chrome and Firefox I get 3 pages of Special Characters. I can't report it to Facebook as ALL of Facebook is unreachable to me (maybe they could make a damn email so I could at least give them some information).
Has anyone had this before? How in the hell do I get back to the normal site.
