Add row below last entry

I want to create macro for adding entire blank row with formatting if first cell of last row is populated with data. My row is B32:AM32. If user types anything cell B32 then excel will add a blank row below formatted the same as the row above. This needs to happen each time data is entered into first cell of last row.
