Monthly Calendar/Daily Schedule Automation

I am looking for some assistance outputting data from a monthly calendar to individual daily schedules. I inherited this project that initially didn't use any of Excel's capabilities. All information was copied and pasted from the monthly spreadsheet to the daily spreadsheet, which is tedious and has a large margin of error.

I have managed to link data between sheets and automatically update the date on each tab (the real document has a tab for each day of the month). However, after stumbling upon this article (, I believe there are some very smart people here that might have great ideas to help with this project.

The demo sheet I created for you to look at is here: In an ideal world, I'd like to learn how to make the spreadsheet do any of the following:

-automatically create worksheets by date
-automatically populate the date on each worksheet
-link data from Monthly calendars to daily schedules
-On the daily schedules, link data from columns F-I to the corresponding spaces in columns A-D. (Currently, we update this manually each day.)
