Backspace, enter, up and down arrows and spacebar not working

hello everyone,
I have a hp 15 product number J9M23UA, model#:hp 15-f010dx. While in class my keyboard had went completely dead. i was missing two keys on it so i decided to replace the whole thing. I bought and installed a brand new keyboard which amazon claims it is compatible with my laptop (looks identical too). but now the backspace, enter, spacebar, and up and down keys dont work. I have tried turning off sticky keys, and the other key option. i have scanned for hardware, uninstalled the driver and restarted my computer and there is no result. I have also did the recovery thing, where i selected a date before the malfunctioning occurred. i need help please.
