Dell Inspiron 15 5000 will not turn on

Hello,
My Dell Inspiron 15 5000 will not turn on it worked fine yesterday. I tried disconnecting the Power cord taking out the battery and holding down the on button for 60 seconds then plug it back in tried to turn it on and nothing happened. Tried it again this time putting only the battery in. No luck. The green light is on in the power cord. My machine is only about 2 months old.
