Inspiron 15 5000 will not start

Hello,
I have tried all the usual things with taking out the battery for 10 minutes, unplugging the power supply, holding down the start button then alternating trying with just the battery, just the power supply, both. Nothing is working. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
