Not connecting even though I have wireless showing

Hello,

My Acer Aspire One will not let me browse on Internet Explorer. Whenever I try to open it, the tab says HTTP 401 NOT FOUND and the internet closes. I have tried checking my connection, rebooting and changing settings but nothing so far has worked. Please help.
