My Laptop screen is unresponsive?

Hello,

I noticed today that the lower right corner of my PC screen is not working right. I can move the cursor into the corner, but any clicks in that area do nothing.

My laptop is NOT touchscreen. I am using my mouse pad. Please help me, I want to play the sims and it's near impossible.
