Dual Monitors - Main Monitor goes black repeatedy.

When I click off of my main monitor to use my other monitor, the main monitor goes black for around half a second then comes back and this repeats another 2-3 times before it stops with about 1sec in-between each black screen. When its black not even my mouse shows up on the screen. This has been happening since I got my custom computer 5 months ago. I have tried setting the other monitor as my main but the issue then occurs on that one as well leaving the other perfectly fine.

I have tried changing the cables to no fix of the problem. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

My setup uses..
2 Samsung UE22H5000 TV's as monitors,
a DP to HDMI cable and DVI to HDMI cable to connect the Monitors to my PC
A Geforce GTX 970 Graphics card
4x Intel core I5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz
All my drivers, java etc are all up to date.
