Laptop won't turn on, fans running loudly

Hello,

I pulled my laptop out today and its screen won't turn on, but the fans are running louldy and the caps lock light keeps turning on and off. Additionally, none of the other light up functions on the keyboard are working, and the only things lighting up are the power button and the charging port.

I'm not too acute when it comes to tech, but this laptop is a little difficult to get open.

Oh, and it's an HP Envy 15t non-touch.
