Hello, recently i had to restart my laptop due to updates ,im running windows 10 getting insider updates. and i found my laptop on, like its in sleep mode. try and restart it many times with and without battery. eventually it comes back on after that time almost every time the laptop restarts or i restart it it wont get to the startup lenovo screen just remain black. and no the mouse ligts dont turn on and no my hdmi cable connected screen dont work either. now after last time i figured id do a reset of the OS but when i got to the restart i also got error message unable to write memory (something) then its not starting up just the harddrive and the fan by the sound of it. been trying everything i can think of. for 2 days draining excess power leaving it unplugged whitout battery for over 12hours even opened it up disconnecting hard drive and ram ddr3l. nothing works so far.
