I would like to request that
Questionnaire is design in which (ranges from A5 to E1000)
Column B Contain Excellent
Column C Contain Good
Column D Contain Satisfactory
Column E Contain Poor
If user enter any above options in same row only one display
means that if user decided that Excellent and on second thought he/she thought Satisfactory then Excellent will remove automatically, vice versa.
It is also being requested that please don't refer to data validation
