Hotmail: Unable to attach file file too large

Hello,
I am not able to attach a file. The message returns that file is too large.. suggested that I use drop box same response.
.I had trouble last week with 13 pages , finally it worked . So this time I did only 7 pages and still it said that the file was too large.
