Hi there

am trying to connect my website with the rights credentials and am receiving an error that saying :

Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

Line Number: 346


i have uploaded . the full page of the loader to see if someone who can assist me to know why this error is happening. thanks in advance for your assistance.
