Email sending multiple times to only one of many recipients

I sent an email with about 8 photo attachments(small size) on gmail from my iPad mini using wifi as I am on a travelling holiday.
One of the recipients is still continuing to receive this email, now more than 150 times. He has been able to receive subsequent emails from me without any problems.
I believe I have done everything possible from my end to resolve the problem.
I have Trend for iOS i nstalled on the iPad Mini.
Can anyone suggest a solution please?...Merilyn
