Yahoo account hacked, hackers changed password..etc

Hello,

My yahoo account has been hacked. It had been a while since I have used it. I know all the answers to my recovery keys however I do not have access to them, as they are old accounts and old phone numbers. I do know all my security questions but i just cant retrieve the key code sent by yahoo. Is there any way to go about this? I have tried and tried all the forums and nothing is working. I have deleted all my auto passwords. I did the ctrl + Shift + delete, CTRL+ALT+delete end process. I have opened a new account however I would like to gain enough access to my old hacked account to delete it as over the years I have used it for many different aspect of my life.
