Monitor not starting after computer starts.

Help me please,

when i'm turning on my Pc, the monitor is not working. I tried anything in what i read on internet but no work.but when i removed the CMOS battery for 5 mins then i will turn on my Pc the monitor is working but after i restart it the monitor is not working again. what is the problem? i need to change my mobo? or the bios need to reset? i need need new Cmos Battery?
