Turbo C (fractals)

Hello,
I play with Turbo C as a hobby . I'm not a professional programmer.
I am struggling with understanding how to code for an Apollonian Gasket or fractal.
in C.
Everybody seems to be coding in Python or Java.
there is a lot of maths involved and I would welcome some guidance
on how to translate it to C.
