Toshiba Satellite laptop touch pad not working

non of the above options worked to get my touch pad working again it doesn't do anything if it wasn't for my wireless mouse I wouldn't be able to move around. I even disconnected it and tried the above steps still no go it just isn't working and I don't have the button between the touch pad and space bar.
