Inputting data to create a document


I would like to create a macro or snippet of code, whatever, that allows me to enter information that is then put into a document following a preconfigured pattern. What would be the quickest way? It's for a firm that commonly write similar documents, always looking pretty much the same, only the information in them changes. With a template to work with, the code I want to create would ask for the information for the various paragraphs and then create the document accordingly. Like Personal information, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 (with info sections A and B), and so on.

VBA? Macros?
