I have a Dell latitude e6410, when I recieved the laptop, I got through setup all the way to Microsoft email setup then screen went blank. I have tried rebooting. It gets to Windows screen and goes blank. The lock 9 light is staying on. Can anyone help? It is set up for Windows 10. Thank you.
