Copy and paste a value x times dependent on value of cell

Hi,

I am looking to make a macro which will copy and paste a value into a column x times depending on the value of x... After it has copied this, I would like it to move onto copying a different cell y times below it. And so on...!

A B
100% 22
75% 10
66% 10
50% 10

So, for example, I would like 100% copied 22 times into column C starting from cell C1 and then 75% copied 10 times into column C but starting from where the 100%'s stopped and so on for 66% and 50%.

Once these are copied, I would like to copy these values to the column set by a drop down menu. Would this be possible to?
