Dell inspiron does not turn on

Hello,
Please help!!! i have no idea what happened to my laptop. it does not turn on and no sign of power on. i have google for solution but none help. May asked to remive the batt 1st but i can't seem to find the batt slot. I urgently need my file.in this laptop...
