Laptop power issue

Hello,

i have tosiba satellite c850-1kn and its power charger(box) was damage and i had other charger it s cable was damage but i make using boths parts charger and i connect charger to laptop.its not work and i brought new charger but the thing is laptop now not power on or any sign. i try to do this step and its not work out have you got any idea?not any smoke come.
