Can not format USB

Hello,
I've used Rufus and since then my 8GB Kingston DT101 G2 won't format or run in normal way. I already used the format tool but it's saying ''windows was unable to format''.
I also installed Partition Master By Easy US and it showed more than 13 000 bad blocks/sectors (no idea what it means) and often crashes.
