Copying down/pasting across and not all of them!

well here's to hoping someone can help, this is far beyond any ability that I have, so my apologies in advance!

I have included a picture so that you can see what I want to go from and to.....

I have a workbook that is already up and running, once the data has been grabbed from elsewhere, it all ends up as you can see on the left of the picture.

the estimate numbers are what is of interest, I need to copy those from the left work book into the one on the right BUT they have to go horizontally and in a specific slot.

is there any way that I can get a macro to grab the estimates going down and paste them into the spaces on the other work book without grabbing duplications?
I would also like it to grab the times in column 'M' from all estimates of the same named and paste them into column 'N' on the worksheet on the right.

I would really appreciate some help on this one please.
